"This hotel is in an ideal location for parents of the college students. Understandably it must have a large volume of families staying there, and is in desperate need of renovations. The bathrooms were old and rundown. There was an overall sense of uncleanliness about the place. Not sure the roll-out bed had clean sheets on it. Had to call the desk at 2:30 a.m. to find out what the loud yelling was - and they said it was an "after party" and it would be over soon. The buffet breakfast was expensive and didn't even look appetizing. I never, ever write negative letters to any place - but this was very disturbing because of the ideal location (2 minutes from my son's dorm), and had hoped to stay there in the future."

"This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting my son at IU. The room and definitely the bathroom needs updating. An overall feeling of uncleanliness throughout the room. The bed sheets did not seem fresh, I asked for a clean pillowcase (because the one I had smelled). The rollaway looked as it the sheets had been slept on. The AC was not working properly. At 2:15 a.m. I called the front desk because there was extremely loud yelling and arguing. The response was it was an "after party". I asked if that would continue all night, and the desk said no - it will be breaking up shortly. My feeling is that they don't have to extend quality services because people are forced to stay there due to it's ideal location to the University."
